  • Are you open everyday?

Our dedicated technicians are just a phone call away, even on holidays. Ready to answer your questions and assist with emergency cleanings or emergency water extractions.

  • This is my first time getting my house serviced, what do I need to do?

    Thank you for choosing us to be the first official company to help assist you. For your convenience and the efficiency of our service, we kindly request that you reserve the parking spot closest to the front entry point of your location. This helps our team park quickly and minimizes any disruption to your day


    Whether it's carpet, tile, or rugs, we recommend that you pre-vacuum beforehand.  By pre-vacuuming, you remove surface debris and dirt. Which allows our powerful industrial machines to work their magic even deeper. 


    To deliver the most efficient cleaning experience possible, hoses and equipment will be temporarily placed throughout your house/business. We prioritize your safety and comfort, so please navigating around them with care. As we pre-spray your carpets, rugs, and tiles, they may become wet and slippery. To offer you uninterrupted relaxation, we suggest taking this opportunity to run errands or enjoy the peaceful tranquility of your backyard. We'll let you know promptly when your service is completed.


    To achieve optimal drying times, we recommend keeping your home well-ventilated after our service. Using ceiling fans, fans, central air, or furnace can be helpful. If these options are not readily available, opening windows for a short period is another effective option

  • Do you move furniture?

    While we strive to diligently clean as much as possible, our equipment and safety protocols limit us from moving furniture. However, if you would like certain areas thoroughly cleaned under  some furniture, we kindly request that you move any items beforehand.


  • Whats the difference between 'professional' cleaner vs a rental DIY cleaner?

    There are several costs that go into renting cleaners such as maintenance fees, deposits, chemicals, etc. Plush carpet can stay wet for hours sometimes even days depending on the equipment rented. 


    If the amount of urine in the carpet is excessive. The chemicals may not be strong enough or you may have to purchase an extravagant amount of bottles which in the long run is more costly. 


    Professionals are certified in carpet cleaning and have industrial chemicals that have been proven to counteract stains, pet urine, odors and etc. Carpet Pro's has chemicals specifically designed to eliminate odors on contact. Our truck-mounted systems are powered by a tractor engine which ensures that your carpet is dry within hours.


  • Why can't you just clean my carpet with water?

    In some cases we can, If a customer has severe allergies we always recommend our anti-allergen clean or a clean with just a rinse. However, if you have any pets, smoke damage, severe odors, etc., we encourage you to use a treatment to help counteract. 


    Did you know that if you clean pet urine with just water that it makes the smell even stronger? We often get customers that try to clean their carpet themselves without purchasing pet urine treatment. Failing to do so can be a mistake you make only once. As soon as the water comes in contact with the urine crystals that are left behind they are activated. This means a severe odor will be emitted and will only get worse. Let us know your situation so that we can offer our expert advice. We will customize a plan specifically for your needs.
